My Grandma's Kitchen on An Hoi Islet, in French or English

The name is the whole proposition, and it holds: this is a family kitchen and you are in it, not a cooking school that has borrowed the word home. Five and a half hours, 9:30 to 15:00, with a boat trip in the middle and a welcome drink when you arrive. What you cook you eat, and the recipe book comes with you. Six travellers to a booking and twelve in the room at the outside, which is the reason the day works the way it does. At that size a class stops being a demonstration and turns into people cooking together, badly at first, in somebody's house. The class runs in English or French. Infant seats are available. Insurance is not included.
