Four Hours, Iconic Dishes, and the Drinks Do Not Stop
The bottomless drinks are the headline and they change the class more than you would think. Four hours is a long time in a kitchen; four hours with a drink in your other hand is a party that happens to produce dinner. The cooking is real, though. Several Peruvian recipes, hands on, with an instructor who covers the flavours, the ingredients and the techniques rather than reading out steps, and the point of a class over a restaurant is precisely that: you find out why the food tastes like that. There is a pisco sour mixology session, and everything you cook comes back plated as a full tasting menu. Eight people at most, in English or Spanish, with all the ingredients, professional cookware, bottled water, soft drinks, cocktails and a recipe booklet. Anyone under eighteen, or not drinking, gets virgin versions. Transfers are not included, and the operator sends the meeting point and start time by WhatsApp, SMS or email after you book. Service animals allowed. Not recommended if you have a heart condition.
