Out from Piazza Bellini and Back in Two and a Half Hours

Two and a half hours, up to fifteen people, with a licensed professional guide. The route takes in some of the best-known pizzerias in the city that invented the thing, along with the smaller suppliers and shops that sell to the neighbourhood rather than to the street, which are the addresses you would walk past without noticing. Several tastings are included along the way. Drinks are not, so budget for those separately. Arrive ten minutes early; the operator is firm about it, and on a two-and-a-half-hour route a late start eats a stop.
