A private walk: your party and one local guide, with nobody else booked alongside. Three hours, ten tastings, up to eight people from your own group. What the private format actually changes is the pace. The guide picks the ten based on what they themselves eat, and can drop a stop or linger at one because there is nobody else's schedule to keep.
