Five hours, private, and the market is reached the long way round. The cyclo comes first, which is the slow, open-sided way through streets that a car cannot enter and a taxi would not attempt. Then the market itself, approached through the small alleys rather than the main entrance, which is where the produce is freshest and where visitors rarely get taken. The class is run by professional chefs, and because it is private, the pace is set by whoever booked it. Hotel pickup, all the ingredients and either lunch or dinner are included. Wine and other drinks are not. Up to ten people, in English. The venue is wheelchair accessible and the operator describes it as suitable for anyone.
