The same host and the same house as the market version, with the shopping taken out and the time put into the cooking instead. Which is the right choice if markets are not what you came for, or if you have already done one. Four and a half hours is a long time in a kitchen, and it means the dishes get made slowly, with the questions answered. Margarita's house is in Tlacopac, in San Angel, which is residential and quiet and a considerable way from any tourist route. Two or three traditional dishes from her family's recipes, cooked together, then eaten in the garden. Six people at most, entirely private, in English or Spanish, with the meal, alcohol, bottled water and coffee or tea. Gratuities are included. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Transport is not included, and the exact address arrives with your booking confirmation.
