Chef Fatima's Traditional House in the Old Medina

Two people, both named, which is the sign of a class run by the people who run it rather than by a company. Fatima is the chef; Yassir is the guide, and he is yours rather than shared. The setting is a traditional house in the centre of the old Medina, and the word the operator uses for it is vintage, which is fair: this is not a riad restored for guests, it is a house that has been there a long time and looks it. Three and a half hours, cooking with Fatima. Ten people at most, in English, French or Arabic, with the meal, tea or coffee and bottled water. They meet you in the car park in front of Restaurant Andalusia and walk you the rest of the way, which matters more in the Medina than it would anywhere else: those streets are not navigable by map. Wheelchair accessible throughout. Private transport is not included.
