Pasta and Tiramisu at a Tuscan Farmhouse, All Day from Florence
Ratings collected by Viator and Tripadvisor
FlorenceMost cooking classes in Florence happen in a room in the middle of the city. This one is fifteen minutes out, in a farmhouse on a hill, and the difference is what you look at while you work. There is an appetiser and a glass of wine on arrival, and then the class: fresh pasta made by hand, and tiramisù, which the operator treats as a technique rather than a recipe. Everything you make is eaten there, with a good deal of Tuscan wine. Transport out and back is included, up to fifteen people, in English. Two things to know: the ground on the estate is uneven and steep in places, so it cannot take wheelchairs or anyone with walking difficulties, and gluten-free requirements cannot be catered for.
