Bangkok

The route stays on the Thonburi side of the river, which is where Bangkok is quieter and where the lanes are narrow enough that a bike gets further than anything else. It starts at a riverside café in Somdet Chao Phraya with a safety briefing and a bike, and the first street food stop is a few minutes later. From there: the Baan Kudichin Museum, for a snack and a rest; Wat Kalayanamit, one of the large riverside temples; then out through Bangkok Yai, past people who wave back. The meal is at Khlong Bang Luang floating market, on the canal. Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen comes after it, and the ride finishes through the train market at Talad Plu and back to base. Four and a half hours, five street food snacks and a full meal, either lunch or dinner depending on the departure. Bottled water and the bike are included, and they will look after your bags. Ten people at most, guided in English. The pace is relaxed and there are regular breaks, but you should be reasonably fit, and it is not recommended if you are pregnant.
