Pink Chili Thai Cooking Class in Phra Khanong with Market Walk

Four hours, six people at most, and a class that says outright it is built for beginners. It opens at a local Thai market, where the ingredients for the day get bought rather than laid out in advance, and the guide goes through what each one is for. Then back to the kitchen. Four dishes, cooked by you: Thai curry made from the paste up, pad thai, som tam, the pounded green papaya salad, and one more. Everything is eaten afterwards, as lunch or dinner depending on the class. Tea, coffee, water and wifi are provided, and the recipes go home with you so the dishes survive the trip. Alcohol can be bought on site. Morning classes meet at 8.45, afternoon at 13.45, and lateness costs you the market visit rather than the class. In English, up to six people. Wear clothes and shoes you can move in.
